Before you dial, the one rule that shapes the offer
In Texas you cannot own any part of the entity that practices medicine. The doctor owns the medical practice and holds clinical decisions, clinical hiring and fee setting. You own the management company: website, app, brand, marketing, pharmacy connections, real estate, back office. A flat monthly fee connects them, never a share of revenue.
So the pitch is "you own the practice and make every clinical call, I build and own everything else." The doctor has to genuinely hold those levers. A paper owner arrangement gets voided.
Clean TMB record. Every disciplinary, malpractice and criminal section reads NONE.

The closest thing to a perfect match in the county. He is already the sole member of Sigma Physician Associates PLLC, so the clinical entity you need exists on day one instead of taking months to form. He is already prescribing compounded GLP-1s, which means the pharmacy workflow and the cash-pay patients are in place. And his entire web presence is a link-in-bio page whose main domain throws a security error, so what you build is exactly what he is missing.

Founded his clinic in 2024, so he is the earliest stage operator on this list and the most likely to want a partner rather than defend territory. Family medicine gives him broad prescribing scope, and he is already running compounded GLP-1s.
Worth checking: his license renews August 31, about five weeks out. Routine, but confirm it goes through before you sign anything.

Solo founder running direct primary care, so she is already cash-pay with no insurance entanglement to unwind. Her practice scored the weakest digital footprint of anything in the pool: thin site, no online booking, no social presence, 11 reviews. She gets the most value from what you provide.
Correction to what I told you earlier: TMB verifies Family Medicine only. The "double board certified in Obesity Medicine" claim came from her website and does not appear on her board record.

Membership-based obesity medicine practice and an Obesity Medicine Association member, so the clinical fit for metabolic peptides is the strongest here. Already cash-pay and already prescribing GLP-1s. She runs a polished operation, which means less digital need but a more sophisticated counterpart.

Long established OB/GYN doing bioidentical hormone pellets. A hormone patient base transfers to peptides more naturally than almost any other specialty. Web presence is mainly Facebook.
Note: older TMB profile. The self-report sections do not render at all, so there is less data here than on newer records, not necessarily a cleaner history.

$450,000 settlement, August 2022. A patient arrived at the ER with advanced meningitis and died within 24 hours in March 2018. The family alleged negligent care; experts testified the care was good and appropriate and that the patient was too sick to recover. He disclosed this himself on his TMB profile, which I would read as a point in his favor. No board action.
His anti-aging and regenerative medicine fellowships are real training but are not ABMS board certifications, and TMB lists no board certification for him.

Delegation ceiling
A live example of the constraint you will hit. He supervises nurse practitioners and physician assistants across Dallas, Edinburg, McAllen, Brownsville, Harlingen and two San Antonio sites. Texas caps one physician at seven full-time-equivalent mid-levels, so a seven-city footprint is at or over the line. His registered address is not San Antonio.
Already runs a peptides and HGH line, so treat him as a competitor rather than a partner.

Active cease and desist
Lic K1817
The most important finding in this whole run. Her license expired in 2021 and was cancelled by board order on November 2, 2023. The board entered a cease and desist prohibiting her from practicing medicine in Texas without a license, finding that she "continues treating patients at Texas Low T Wellness & Weight Loss Clinic even though she no longer has a license to practice in Texas." The order names the clinic word for word.
That clinic was in the peptide list I sent you earlier in the day. I have flagged the row and resent the file. Beyond avoiding them, it tells you what the enforcement climate in this category looks like right now.

2019 remedial plan: his practice website and his own TMB public profile "included statements and information that was false or misleading," and he was ordered to correct both. 2011 agreed order: prescribed dangerous drugs to two of his own employees and a close family member without indication of immediate need, with inadequate records, carrying a $2,000 penalty.
He has the deepest peptide menu in San Antonio at 45 or more compounds, which is exactly why this is tempting. A prior board action for false website claims, in a category where FDA is actively sending marketing warning letters, is the wrong risk to take on.

2018 remedial plan. TMB found she failed to meet the standard of care for a patient's temporomandibular joint disorder and prescribed that patient controlled substances "when she had a close, personal relationship with him." Completed, non disciplinary, but this is a prescribing judgment finding and yours is a prescribing business.
Her board certifications are in anatomic and clinical pathology, cytopathology and dermatopathology rather than clinical care.
